2.East West University
Our collaboration began with a project carried out in 2004-2005 under the guidance of The American University (Washington, DC). The concept was as follows: Universities in our region (South Caucasus and Turkey) communicated with universities in the West and East, but there was little collaboration with similar centres in neighbouring nations. As a result, the primary purpose of the initiative was to strengthen regional cooperation among participating educational institutions. As a result, the American University Global Peace Centre has cooperated with nine public and private universities in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey. It should be noted that multilateral partnerships have shown to be beneficial to each university and its representatives. Cooperation continued after the project was completed.
